Business Development Manager at LTW

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships

  • Develop and Manage a Robust Pipeline
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
