Job Title: Business Development Education

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at Naukripay, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends, and analyze business data to inform sales strategies.

2. Sales and marketing: Generate leads, negotiate business terms, and represent Naukripay at industry events and conferences.

3. Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.

4. Strategy and planning: Create and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

5. Team management: Supervise and train new team members, and delegate tasks as needed.
