Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase LTW's offerings and value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing and product strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
