We are looking for a Telecaller who can build connections and help clients by explaining our services in a clear and simple way.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service, and be able to manage time well while maintaining a positive attitude.

This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, fixing appointments with our tax experts, and keeping records of calls and client details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain our tax advisory services over the phone to potential clients
  • Fix appointments for clients with our tax experts
  • Keep records of calls and client details
  • Answer questions politely and professionally

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Confident and clear telephone presence
  • Ability to listen, understand client needs, and respond well
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
