About the Job:
As a customer-facing representative, you will handle B2C and B2B customer queries and issues over various channels. Your primary responsibility is to convert inquiries into orders while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role involves partnering with marketplaces like Amazon and Nykaa, promoting sales of our products, and building relationships with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language (English or Hindi). The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and a calm demeanor to handle challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales orders.
- Coordinate with marketplaces like Amazon and Nykaa for product promotions.
- Develop partnerships with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language (English or Hindi).
