Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Strategy and Business Professional to join our Mumbai team. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution. On one hand, you will identify prospective clients, suggest properties, arrange and lead site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and meet monthly sales targets. On the other, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance LogiSpace's presence in Mumbai, boost lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.
This position is ideal for someone who excels in sales but also wants to contribute to business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop strong relations with operators to ensure priority access to inventory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally in all client and operator interactions.
Strategic Growth:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies for a stronger presence in Mumbai.
- Propose ideas and directions for still and video creatives to boost digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
- Propose revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory if proven experience).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
