Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and cultivating strong relationships with our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME sector through direct sourcing and open market channels.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing SME clients to identify growth prospects and drive revenue.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of SMEs, including working capital facilities such as overdrafts, cash credits, dealer finance, vendor finance, letters of credit, bank guarantees, term loans, etc.
- Nurture customer relationships by addressing service and sales queries, aiming to engage and retain SME clients.
- Strategize cross-selling retail banking products to SME customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- Evaluate the credit risk associated with SME clients and their proposed financing structures in collaboration with credit and risk teams.
- Analyze SME clients' financial data to assess their creditworthiness and funding requirements.
- Develop comprehensive credit proposals and structure credit facilities that align with SMEs' business needs and risk profiles.
- Optimize credit solutions offered to SME clients to ensure alignment with their objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- A postgraduate or graduate degree in any field is preferred.
