
HR Coordinator – Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our US Staffing Operations team as an HR & Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
- The successful candidate will assist in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of US-based employees and contractors, ensuring timely completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities. This includes maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational and legal standards.
- Background Verification Coordination:
- The coordinator will work closely with background verification vendors and internal teams to ensure all screenings are completed accurately and within timelines. This requires effective communication and organization skills.
- Compliance Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, including compliance-related documents such as I-9 and E-Verify, and client-specific forms. Ensure all documentation is completed and stored per organizational and legal standards.
- MSP & Client Portal Management:
- Navigate various MSP portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) to submit and track onboarding and compliance workflows in a timely manner.
- SOP & Process Documentation:
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
- Federal & Client-Specific Compliance:
- Apply knowledge of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
- Asset Return Tracking:
- Maintain trackers and coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets during the offboarding process.
- Client & Vendor Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, and candidates regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
- Audit Readiness Support:
- Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.
