Job Title:

HR Integration Specialist

The role of the HR Integration Specialist is pivotal in embedding HR practices and policies within an organization. Serving as a conduit between employees and management, the primary objective is to seamlessly integrate HR functions into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and oversee resolution processes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Functional Areas:

  1. Employee Relations:
  • Provide support to employees with inquiries and concerns.
  • Moderate conflict resolution processes.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage hiring procedures and coordinate onboarding.
Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Offer coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 0-6 months of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
