About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Integration Specialist to lead payroll projects across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement payroll integration solutions that ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Digital Services, HR Services, and regional digital stakeholders, to drive project success.
  • Manage external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop strategic HR transformation initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on project management best practices, including SDLC methodology.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Technical Knowledge of Payroll Systems and Platforms

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
