We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in a critical role.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of a Payroll Specialist is to process timesheets for specific regions or clients with precision and timeliness, adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs). Accurately review and process timesheets, whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, while following client-specific requirements and deadlines. This role is crucial in maintaining data integrity, avoiding errors, and ensuring all payroll-related information is handled efficiently and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly review submitted timesheets on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, verifying hours worked, leave taken, and overtime for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and client-specific requirements.
  • Manage the payroll department's mailbox, responding to queries, organizing incoming timesheets and documents, and maintaining a clean and efficient communication flow.
