SAP Payroll Specialist
Job Description:
This is a role for an experienced SAP Payroll professional who has hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and SuccessFactors EC Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration and management of our payroll systems. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for both India and global operations.
The successful candidate will lead the configuration and support of SAP Payroll (India/Global), including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and taxation. He/she will also ensure seamless integration between Payroll and other SAP modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Employee Central (EC).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with SAP Payroll (ECC / SuccessFactors EC Payroll)
- Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types, and compliance rules
- Experience with integration between Payroll and other SAP HCM modules
