Payroll Technology Specialist

This position focuses on leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely processing. Key responsibilities include executing payroll processes, analyzing data for discrepancies, maintaining compliance with regulations, and conducting system audits.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll operations, technology, and management. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage payroll processes using SAP, including data entry, validation, and auditing.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and work towards resolutions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in payroll operations, technology, and management.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in payroll operations technical roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in one or more APAC and/or EMEA region languages.
