Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and third-party tools.

  • This role involves configuring and supporting SAP Payroll (PY), including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
  • You will be responsible for payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  • The ideal candidate will integrate payroll with external systems, handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads.
  • Collaboration with Time Management and PA/OM teams is essential to ensure smooth upstream data flow.
  • You will perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.
  • Interface development and mapping for outbound/inbound data with external systems is also a key responsibility.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, such as functional specs, test cases, SOPs, and payroll calendars, is critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes
  • Configure and support SAP Payroll (PY)
  • Integrate payroll with external systems
  • Collaborate with Time Management and PA/OM teams
  • Perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation
  • Create and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
  • Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables
  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems
  • Knowledge of PA, OM, and Benefits modules
  • Experience with IDoc/ALE, PI/PO, or APIs for integration
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll statutory compliance
  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
