Job Title: Hr Systems Integration SpecialistAbout the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as an Hr Systems Integration Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and management of various HR systems.

Your primary focus will be on data validation and input, reviewing and validating data across multiple SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. You will also support the drafting and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation, both technical and business processes.

In addition, you will assist with regression and user acceptance testing, including defect resolution, and collaborate in drafting test scripts and documenting test cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Validation & Input: Accurately input, review, and validate data routinely across various SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
  • Process Documentation: Support drafting and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation for both technical and business processes.
  • Business Testing (Regression, UAT): Assist with regression and user acceptance testing, including defect resolution. Collaborate in drafting test scripts and documenting test cases.
