Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Support Specialist to join our Partner Relations team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our partners' Vendor Management Systems (VMS) by ensuring efficient and effective management of temporary workers supplied to our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Worker Assignment: Collaborate with the Enterprise Ops - US team to understand the partner's workforce needs and VMS requirements, accessing internal systems and external partner systems to gather pertinent information and data used to assign workers to specific VMS job orders.
- Timesheet Creation: Generate and maintain timesheets for temporary workers via CSV upload or manual input directly into partner's VMS, verifying and reconciling timesheet data to ensure accuracy.
- Billing Process: Assist in the billing process by providing accurate payment information to the finance department, tracking and documenting billing information to facilitate accurate invoicing.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, and experience in creating invoices and running weekly payroll. You should also have basic understanding of workforce management and VMS systems.
A Bachelor's degree is required, and a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Business, Payroll, Revenue ops, VMS, invoicing is preferred. SQL knowledge is a plus.
