Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Support Operations Coordinator to join our Delhi headquarters team. This full-time junior position requires candidates with 1-3 years of professional experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting administrative tasks and facilitating efficient office operations, ensuring seamless alignment with the company's objectives in the competitive fashion and beauty industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for creating, managing, and sharing documents efficiently.
- Ability to perform high-volume letter typing tasks with exceptional professionalism and accuracy.
- Experience in handling processes using FMS IMS for effective data management and operations.
- Expertise in developing and utilizing dashboards to track progress and deadlines effectively.
- Strong skills in dashboard follow-ups and process handling to ensure smooth workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage time and resources efficiently, supporting executives.
