
Regional Contract Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled contract negotiator with 5-10 years of experience in managing contracts, direct negotiation, and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Reviewing and negotiating master service agreements, EPC, turnkey contracts, professional service agreements, NDAs, procurement agreements.
- Handling government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and experienced in handling contracts with OEMs, software license, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, manpower etc.
- Liaising and making contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders and working on amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
- Safeguarding the interest of the company in contractual matters and responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations.
Requirements:
- LLB degree with 5-10 years of experience in contracts, direct negotiation, and managing regions.
- Well-versed in review and negotiation of various contracts and agreements.
- Experience in handling government tenders and contracts with OEMs, service providers, sub contractors.
