Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Contract Management Specialist to configure and manage our contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and managing the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, with a strong understanding of CLM processes and a proven track record of working with Icertis modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform to align with business requirements.
- Modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to support seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems.
- Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls to ensure secure access to contracts and related entities.
- Manage and update master data, including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs, to support efficient procurement and contracting processes.
- SUPPORT P2P integrations and execute bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, test, and deploy contract management processes.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of contract management tools.
