Senior Contract Specialist

Job Summary:
The Contracts Management Executive will oversee all pre and post-contract activities for residential luxury villa projects, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, guaranteeing regulatory adherence and streamlined operations.
- Project management initiatives to ensure timely project delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
- Vendor relationship development, including vendor evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong partnerships.
- Detailed rate analysis and negotiation with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
- Financial accuracy across projects through budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as required based on project demands.
