**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Federal Contracts Compliance Specialist to provide comprehensive support for U.S. federal government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS clauses and obligations.
  • Identify and summarize applicable regulations and requirements.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.

Audit & Monitoring Support:

  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.

Proposal & Pre-Award Support:

  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

  • Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Good understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
