Proposal Writer for Federal Government Contracting

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to join our team in creating high-quality proposals for federal government contracting opportunities.

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing federal government contracting opportunities, developing and writing compelling proposals, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that our proposals meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and write high-quality proposals for federal government contracting opportunities
  2. Research and analyze federal government contracting opportunities to identify key requirements and trends
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine proposal content
  4. Ensure that proposals are accurate, complete, and compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or a related field
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and communicate it effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with federal government contracting regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in English, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in federal government contracting, including RFP/RFQ/RFI management and bid management
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
