Job Overview

We seek a senior contract professional to join our team as a Contract Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting client contracts at a global level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide variety of client contracts including master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and other commercial contracts at a global level.
  • Vendor Contract Management: Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting vendor contracts such as purchase of goods and services, equipment lease agreements, subscription agreements etc.
  • Real Estate Agreements: Drafting and reviewing real estate agreements such as lease agreements, maintenance agreements, fit out agreements, etc.
  • Technology Contracts: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology contracts such as license agreements, content subscription agreements, website terms and conditions, EULA, App terms of Use etc.
  • Advisory Support: Assisting in providing advisory support on employment / HR matters (across jurisdictions mainly US, Europe & India) including but not limited to termination letters, settlement agreements, notices, reply to notices, and applicable labour laws.
  • Compliance Frameworks: Assisting in formulating compliance frameworks and managing and tracking client compliance.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
  • Tracker Management: Creating and managing trackers for monitoring client requirements.
  • Internal and External Audits: Participating in internal and external audits.
  • Automation Initiatives: Engaging in automation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Law graduate from a reputed law college (CS qualification is a plus).
  • Experience: 8-12 years post-qualification experience.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident.
