Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Contract Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.

Your primary focus will be on managing contract implementation and invoicing functions, ensuring billing accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client-specific requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also participate in cross-functional projects as a Finance Point of Contact (POC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to completion.
  • Management of centralized contract repositories and version control systems.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision, and audit requirements.
  • Leadership of cross-functional project teams to drive successful implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of success in leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to system implementations and cross-functional project delivery is a significant advantage.
