Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a regional business strategy for Bangalore, ensuring alignment with national objectives.
- Analyze regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion.
- Build strong relationships with local industry forums, associations, and networks.
- Acquire enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Own and deliver revenue targets, maintaining a consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
- Negotiate and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) for the Bangalore region, optimizing costs and ensuring profitability.
- Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
- Lead a high-performing sales and account management team for Bangalore.
- Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore market and established local networks.
- Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
