We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our team in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the revenue of the region and drive growth and performance metrics for both business and people.
- Contribute actively to strategic decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
- Develop, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team.

- Ensure quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services.
- Drive and meet KPIs such as successful design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.
Requirements:
- B.Design or Civil degree, or equivalent. An MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
- Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including hiring, retaining, motivating, and training a diverse team.
- Possesses significant drive to continuously improve the standing of design and design experience.
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and customer empathy.
