Job Title: Management Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Representative to join our team at Raveone Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various activities related to Integrated Systems (IMS) and other certifications, including KSPL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IMS-related activities, including ISOPED and NABL TC67 audits.
- Implement safety measures and good practices, including 5S, RCFA, and problem-solving tools.
- Plan and align capacity with customer expectations using smart planning tools, such as ERP and PERT.
- Enhance business volume and develop new products.
- Plan and execute projects for new plant/factory setups, industrial management systems, and business development.
- Implement lean manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues in the forging shop.
- Ensure best practices in planning and coordination with supporting departments.
Requirements:
- High level of integrity and maturity.
- Ability to work with a team and coordinate with shop heads, purchase teams, and management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
- Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹55,000 per month.
