
Hotel Front Desk Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient front desk operations.
Your primary objective will be to manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our Property Management System (PMS). You will also handle all guest requests, queries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensure prompt check-in and check-out processes, and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and travel routes.
- Reservation and Booking: Handle walk-in and phone/email reservations, confirm room availability, assign rooms accordingly, and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain accurate guest records, manage billing and payment collection, and perform cashiering duties efficiently.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English skills are essential; proficiency in local regional languages is a plus.
- Customer Service Orientation: A polite, helpful, and guest-centric approach is required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel PMS systems such as Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, or eZee is necessary.
- Problem-Solving Ability: The ability to resolve guest issues calmly and professionally is crucial.
- Grooming and Etiquette: A presentable appearance and professional demeanor are expected.
- Food Provided: Meals will be provided to all employees.
The work schedule includes rotational shifts, six days a week, with rotational off days.
