A Front Office Associate plays a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager with daily tasks and activities
- Provide prompt and personalized service to Guests, driving satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain open communication channels with team members and other departments
- Effectively manage and resolve Guest complaints, escalating if necessary
- Collaborate with facilities and services to identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting new events
- Ensure team awareness of special events, VIP Guests, and hotel happenings
- Maintain product knowledge of the hotel and local area, staying informed about daily events
- Attend all Front Office meetings and contribute to discussions
- Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations, following proper procedures when required
- Promote environmentally conscious practices within the team
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience within the hotel/leisure/retail sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- High grooming standards
- Flexibility to adapt to various work situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- High level of IT proficiency
