We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our innovative team at QuickReply.ai. As a dynamic SDR, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales efforts, managing a pipeline of potential clients, and delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation.
  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address these effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an SDR or AE, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience selling marketing technology is a plus.
What We Offer:
