Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Leasing Professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing leasing opportunities across commercial spaces while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market surveys and site visits to identify potential commercial leasing opportunities.

• Prepare detailed leasing proposals, presentations, and reports.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the Gurgaon market.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
