Job Overview

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lease administration services to clients.

  • Abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Evaluate and resolve document/abstraction related queries.
  • Prepare area, cost-schedule and events variance reports for validation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation.
  • Scope discussions; abstract information into various lease database systems.
  • Perform lease document matching and review for completeness.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with impeccable expertise and strong project management skills. You should possess sound computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • University graduates with at least 3 years of experience in lease abstraction.
  • Strong knowledge of property management/lease administration systems.
  • Ability to maintain and manage accurate data and prioritize work within tight operational deadlines.
