Job Title: Commercial Property Leasing Specialist


Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Property Leasing Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality corporate office spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source quality corporate office spaces through networking, industry seminars, and other sources.
  • Negotiate with developers and corporates to secure properties that meet client requirements.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with real estate intermediaries, landowners, and local brokers to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in commercial property leasing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
