Senior Lease Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lease Analyst to deliver high-quality lease administration services. As a senior lease analyst, you will work independently with minimal supervision to provide accurate and timely lease data entry for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal parties to obtain lease documentation and collaborate with colleagues to ensure workload is completed efficiently.
  • Abstract critical information from leases and other contract documentation and enter it into various database systems.
  • Verify system reports and data for accuracy, perform lease document matching and review, and accurately record lease documents information.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve document/abstraction-related queries and prepare variance reports for validation projects.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Document business processes, train and mentor new team members, audit work performed by new team members, and work in a team environment while demonstrating teamwork and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • University graduates with lease abstraction expertise and at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience working on commercial real estate lease abstractions and using property management/lease administration systems is desirable.

Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook), strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to maintain accurate data, prioritize work within tight deadlines, readiness to change, receptivity to new ideas, ability to provide solutions for client needs and concerns, attention to details, and high degree of workplace ethics and integrity are required.


This role involves innovative thinking, effectively managing emotions, being self-motivated, and a strong team player with the delivery of work in tight deadlines.
