About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Growth Ambassador to help us scale quality property reviews on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the outreach process: Proactively reach out to our student residents in various locations to collect structured reviews via calls.
  • Analyzing and optimizing: Track performance metrics and new ways to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Strategizing for scale: Exploring and testing alternate ways to drive review generation beyond calls – WhatsApp, surveys, email nudges, etc.
  • Collaborating: Work closely with the team to identify high-impact properties, make reviews live. Team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reviews go live on time.
Skill Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication skills, able to speak with international students across various nationalities.
  • Comfortable making 40–50 calls/day and documenting conversations.
  • Growth mindset to test new ideas to scale outreach.
  • Bonus: Previous experience with outreach, calling, or growth operations.
