Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the development of agent recruitment strategies, managing business targets, and prioritizing customer centricity.

  • The successful candidate will be accountable for developing various sources of agent hiring, building a team of agents, and enhancing existing agent footfall.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting activities to enhance existing agent footfall, implementing measures of success such as achievement of business plans, GPA recruitment, and activation of agents as per plan.
  • Additional responsibilities include number of EC/MDRT agents generating fresh referrals for new agent hiring, implementation of MNYL GOLD process, and adherence to business norms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing and selection capabilities, nurturing and developing talent, result orientation, and customer centricity. A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in any field is preferred.

  • Achievement of business plans and GPA recruitment/development/activation of agents as per plan.
  • Persistency as per MNYL grid, achieving GOLD score as per MNYL standard, and number of EC/MDRT agents.
