
Regional Sales Leader for Education Recruitment

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to recruit students from their respective geographies. Your key objective is to ensure quality recruitment to partner universities through a robust network of study abroad agents.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for North and South India, collaborating with the VP - India.
- Directly manage relationships with recruitment agents, ensuring B2B sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve individual targets, enabling the overall regional target to be achieved.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure competitive requirements are maintained and the recruitment pipeline is optimized.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely production of relevant marketing materials and the execution of campaigns to achieve recruitment targets.
- Partner with the conversion team to design and implement campaigns aimed at maximizing conversion rates through effective planning and messaging.
- Build and maintain strategic, market-leading relationships with agents across India to drive growth and enhance market presence.
- Stay fully informed about admissions criteria, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Participate in recruitment events and provide guidance and counseling to prospective students.
- Prepare and disseminate comprehensive reports on market visits, ensuring valuable market intelligence is shared across the organization.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment colleagues to provide training and support to staff involved in student recruitment activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strategic leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with recruitment agents and other stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize the recruitment pipeline and ensure compliance.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices with the ability to collaborate with the marketing team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
