Job Description:
">Walko Food Company, a renowned manufacturer and seller of quality ice creams, kulfis, frozen desserts, and thick shakes, is looking for an exceptional leader to launch a new Ice Cream Brand in General Trade & Horeca across Individual Regions.
">As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and launching sales teams for the General Trade & Horeca division across respective regions. You will provide general business and operational guidance while leading through influence, drive company goals, including KPIs and targets, and maximize sales growth.

- Contribute and implement sales growth strategy supporting regional strategy.">
- Provide time-to-time market intelligence to the company.">
- Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.">
Requirements:
">Experience in management and development of sales across regions in ice cream industry or MNC FMCG sector only. MBA with at least 10 years of industry experience, of which 5-8 years in handling big accounts with team management experience.
">Desirable Skills:
">Strong business acumen, relationship building skills, and must be highly influential. Strong strategic and decision-making skills. Willingness to travel.
