About the Role

This role oversees strategic leadership and direction for all functions within countries in a region. The ideal candidate will provide tailored priorities and strategies ensuring alignment with organizational business goals, brand vision, and values.

The successful candidate will ensure policies and procedures are country specific while maintaining consistency with standards. They will oversee operations of all campuses and functions, driving efficiency, innovation, and high-quality outcomes.

  • Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to Principals on key business decisions, such as market intelligence and feasibility of introducing new curriculums or programs.
  • Financial Performance: Responsible for P&L for countries in the region, manage multi-brand P&L with growth drivers, develop relevant measurable performance metrics, and proactively track performance against metrics to ensure fiscal control, profitability, and financial feasibility.
  • Budgeting: Establish annual budget for countries in the region, manage resources as defined in Budget, review operational and manpower costs for each campus in the geography.
About the Job

This is a challenging role that requires experience in managing school operations. The ideal candidate should have 15–20 years of professional experience, preferably in managing school operations, and experience in managing and leading large-scale teams.

The job involves overseeing academics, human resources, administration, procurement, IT & systems, and finance, ensuring seamless cross-campus coordination, vendor-related products, facilities, and resource optimization.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, preferred Master's degree or MBA, and strong leadership skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
