We are looking for a result-oriented Operations Director – B2B to oversee the execution and delivery of all lead generation campaigns. This role is pivotal in ensuring that client commitments are met with precision, timelines are adhered to, and the quality of deliverables is consistently high. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage high-volume campaigns with speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from client onboarding to lead delivery and reporting
  • Build, manage, and optimize internal processes to ensure operational excellence across all projects
  • Manage a cross-functional team including campaign managers, data teams, and quality assurance
  • Track and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure timely and quality deliverables
  • Liaise with the sales and client servicing teams to align campaign goals and expectations
  • Implement tools and systems to streamline workflow and increase productivity
  • Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues related to lead quality, timelines, or deliverability
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and other relevant regulations

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B operations, preferably in a demand generation or digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation workflows, campaign metrics, and client SLAs
  • Excellent project management, people management, and process optimization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously across geographies
  • Proficient in tools like CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, Excel, and project trackers
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • High attention to detail and quality control
  • Experience working with global clients is a strong plus
