Technical Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Director to lead our preventive maintenance programs, ensuring energy conservation practices and excellence in delivery.
- Closure of work orders through effective project management.
- Strategic planning to ensure quality deliverables within set timelines.
- Achievement of Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with local authorities.
- Reviewing and optimizing maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors.
- Ensuring smooth operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, and civil works.
- Developing and implementing maintenance-related schedules and shutdowns.
- Regularly inspecting logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules.
- Promoting zero downtime and seamless service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with landlord obligations on statutory matters.
- Leveraging sustainability/HSSE initiatives for enhanced performance.
- Assisting in risk assessment and incident management processes.
- Training vendors and site teams on EHS/HSSE requirements.
- Maintaining tools, tackles, and attic stocks.
- Tracking and closing statutory compliances.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Contract administration experience of 3-5 years or more required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.
