Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our Maintenance and Support Team. This is an excellent chance for a skilled professional to assume leadership responsibilities and drive continuous improvements in support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely issue resolution, managing escalations, and overseeing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage support resources for optimal availability and capability
• Oversee ticket resolution and ensure SLA adherence
• Handle critical escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Requirements:

For this role, we require proven experience in technical application support and leadership, strong knowledge of RAID management and escalation processes, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments. Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, .Net, Python, Unix/Linux, AWS would be beneficial but not necessary.
