Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of department heads or coordinators, allocating tasks and monitoring progress to achieve organizational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports from various departments, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and internal guidelines, mitigating potential risks and protecting the organization's reputation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication channels between departments and top management, facilitating effective collaboration and resolving conflicts promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field is required. The ideal candidate should possess 8-12 years of experience in office operations, administration, or general management, with a strong background in multitasking, coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills.
