Retail Sales Ambassador Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill this critical position. As a Retail Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of our luxury brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building confidence through engaging and reassuring store interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build trust with customers.
- FOLLOW standard operating procedures and organizational policies to drive sales growth.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Utilize time effectively by upgrading communication skills, gaining knowledge of SOPs, and managing stock.
- Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, billing, etc.
- Meet established sales objectives by selling products and services.
- Handle customer escalations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in Retail Sales.
- Availability to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, aggressive, and possess a strong passion for sales.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
