Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our flagship store as a Store Manager. As the face of our luxury brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SALES:
    • Create personalized and luxurious in-store experiences for clients.
    • Achieve sales targets while fostering strong relationships with clients.
    • Handle client queries, styling assistance, and after-sales support.
  • STORE OPERATIONS:
    • Oversee daily store functions including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, display, and ambiance within the store.
    • Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP:
    • Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals.
    • Assign responsibilities and monitor performance effectively.
    • Foster a collaborative and customer-centric work culture.
  • BRAIND REPRESENTATION:
    • Updold our company's ethos in all client interactions.
    • Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating our values and craftsmanship story.

To succeed in this role, you must have 2-3 years of experience in premium/luxury retail management. You should be passionate about creating memorable client experiences and representing Indian craftsmanship through our brand.
