We are seeking a Corporate Salary Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting assigned acquisition targets and providing excellent service to existing clients.
- Manage a team of Relationship Officers to ensure quality of acquisition, compliance with regulatory requirements, and achievement of operational parameters.
- Collaborate with branches to generate new corporate codes and self-source them from the open market when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints by conducting regular product activities and campaigns in corporates every month.
