Job Title: Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key clients.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed corporate goals
  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales plans for the region
  • Lead and manage a sales team to maximize revenue and meet quarterly targets
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales forecasts to stakeholders
  • Identify talent gaps and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill key positions
  • Deliver regular coaching and training sessions to ensure team members have the skills needed to succeed
  • Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance
  • Prepare and review annual budget plans to align with business objectives
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential issues promptly and develop solutions to drive business forward
  • Research and recommend new services or products to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Review regional expenses and suggest cost-saving initiatives
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conventions as necessary
Skill Sets/Experience Required:
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar role
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and build client relationships
  • Strong sales forecasting and customer base development skills
  • Ability to analyze and measure key performance indicators
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Willngness to travel as required
Pedigree:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Preferred MBA in Sales and Marketing
