We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by leading, motivating, and managing a high-performing team of sales executives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to boost property sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
