Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Job Summary

Land Science Build Well is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to guide and manage our sales team in achieving targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of real estate sales, and the ability to mentor team members for peak performance. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and support sales campaigns.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle escalated client concerns.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 5-8 years in real estate sales, with 3-6 years in a team leader or supervisory role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Other: Willingness to travel for client and team meetings.

Job Details

Salary: ₹60000 per month + performance-based incentives.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday Off)

Office Location: Business Center, Urbtech Trade Tower, 1702, Tower 17, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
