Role & responsibilities

  • Build and lead the initial real estate broking team, including recuriting and mentoring new agents.
  • Actively source and acquire property listings; personally manage key accounts and sales transactions.
  • Overseas end-to-end property transaction process inclduing client consultation, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Ensure compliance with real este laws, RERA, and company policies; coordinate with legal/documentation team.
  • Maintain CRM data accurately; prepare sales reports, forecasts, and perforance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with markeing & operations to build brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Handle client escalations and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Manage tight budgets and limited resources typical in startups, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving
  • Represent the company at real estate events and networking opportunities to build reputation and contacts.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with 2-5 years experience in real estate sales or broking; exposure to startup or small business environment preferred.
  • Strong self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to multitask.
  • Practical knowledge of real estate market, property transactions and RERA compliance.
  • Good leadership and team management captabilities, willing to hands-on
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools for sales and reporting
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed.
